Huddle 'Up The Church

Unique among the teams competing on the fields of life during this hallway of time, was the Church. Their foundation originates in a land much more eastward than the Normans and Saxons. Palestina was the franchise location and interestingly, one man seemed to start the game plan.

My Y-Chromosome Phylogenetic Tree would place these guys as haplogroup J. Starting where they began, branches north and south evolved westward joining with a host of other haplogroups bringing a variety of combinations of Y-DNA! A lot will be said using the comment section of this post. However, it seems that one cannot place graphs, pictures, drawings, etc., in the comment section, so now it would be the place to present the key concepts of the Church in the documents so envisioned.
So here goes. First, the very foundation of Christianity can be shown in the original text as follows. The intent is to give the recorded text as written in the Greek.

You can visualize and read the text as written.

The next figure gives the same text, only with an English meaning, written for each word in the Greek. This gives a translation to the Greek words which you can compare word for word. No comments from me!

  1. Core concepts build the foundations for all the teams playing on the fields of time being discussed. For "The Church" it would seem that the most dynamic thought (among those dressing out in the locker rooms) would be "all". A simple Greek word written in English as "PAS" having primary roots; all, any, every, the whole. Thus, any (one), every (one), or " whosoever" might be the intended message. Can you believe it? A thought against every flow of the minds during this time! Status and rank demanded a separation between every individual. Now here comes the concept of "everyone" centered about a person, not a status or a rank, or an Empire, or government, or society, or culture! Against the flow, way to go.

  2. A second core concept to the "all" is "to believe". To have a firm conviction to the reality or goodness of something is one concept. To consider to be true or honest (think) and, to hold to this opinion was basic to the faith to be held by all the players of this huddle group. To allow is the root. It was a state (or habit) of the mind in which trust or confidence is placed in something (phenomenon) or some person (being) especially when based on examination of evidence. Everyone believing (in him) to join this huddle group.

  3. An informative article regarding "in him" can be found in the December issue of National Geographic, 2017. It is titled "The Real Jesus What Archaeology Reveals About His Life, page 30 -page 69.

  4. A locker room like no other. These church group folks certainly organized like no other team playing on these fields of time.
First, you gave away all your belongings. Say what, you would have nothing to put into your locker. Only YOU, you say? You slept in your locker? You've got to be kidding!!! A cell it was called.
According to a text by Walsh and Bradley, "Beehive cells (or clochain) were erected using the ancient technique of corbelling. This is the method by which a vaulted building is constructed by laying a succession of stone courses on top of each other inwards from all sides until they meet at a central cap-stone."
So, there you have it. The nucleus of the locker room which was actually the locker, which was actually slept in by the player. What more could one ask to play on this team? Huddle they did from the very start!

  5. An example of such cells and their existence can be found Meteora, Greece. Monastic cells hidden in crevices as described in "Sacred Heights", National Geographic, March 2020, p. 30.
